    Hi Theresa. I have been taking Plaquenil 200mg twice a day, every day, for about 12 years. I have never had a single problem with it. I get my eyes tested regularly, but other than that, I take it and forget about it. I don't know if this is any help to you, it's always a worry to add a new drug to your regime.
